Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Federal Party leaders and other eminent persons sent messages of appreciation on the 15th anniversary of South Asian Outlook, an e-Magazine partnering with INPS-IDN. Publisher and Managing Editor of South Asian Outlook is Suresh Jaura in Toronto. He is also President of INPS North America. He received the Canadian Ethnic Media Association (CEMA) award at the 30th Anniversary Award Gala on June 27, 2008 (Canadian Multiculturalism Day).

INPS-IDN visited SGI headquarters on June 7, 2016 and discussed two ongoing media projects focusing on: Nuclear Disarmament and SDGs for all.

Devent Japan reception

DG of INPS-IDN and Executive President of Global Cooperation Council (GCC), Ramesh Jaura, was welcomed on June 6, 2016 by Devnet Japan, Fumiyasu Akegawa, President of Devnet Japan and his advisors who have retired after an illustrious career with the Government of Japan, corporations and international organizations. Venue: International House of Japan.

INPS-IDN join a lunch meeting with 'Issatsu no kai', a Japanese NGO, dealing with gender empowerment for 50 years, at the Parliamentary Memorial Hall on June 6, 2016 to explore possibilities of cooperation.

INPS-IDN visit Seoul, South Korean capital to talk to an senior foreign ministry official on possibilities of Korean unification, and viewing from the South Korean side of the Demilitarized Zone on June 3, 2016 the bridge where POWs were exchanged.

Visit to Mikimoto Pearl Island located off the coast of Toba City in Mie Prefecture, some 150 kilometres west of Nagoya. Manager Noburu Shibahara briefed us on the life and works of its founder Kokichi Mikimoto and activities of the company.
